AsiaVision Awards stage production and lighting

We've been telling this region's stories since 2000.

From a single newsroom in Dubai to 19 platforms across eight countries.

    Est. 2000, Dubai

AsiaVision started as a Malayalam newsroom in Dubai — a small team covering the stories that mattered to a community far from home. Over 25 years, that instinct grew into something larger: 19 media platforms, an award show that's become a cultural institution, and a network that now reaches 120 million people every month across the Gulf and India. We're still journalists at heart. We just learned how to build the infrastructure around it.

    How we work.

    We listen before we brief.

Every project starts with understanding who you're trying to reach and why it matters to them. Not demographics — real people, real communities, real cultural context.

We make things people want to read.

We create content that earns attention because it belongs in the feed, not because it was paid for. News formats, editorial features, video — in the languages and on the platforms where your audience already lives.

    We publish it ourselves.

Unlike agencies that hand off to third parties, we distribute through our own network. 19 platforms, 120M+ monthly readers. Your story goes live where we already have trust.

    Leadership

Built by a journalist, not a marketer.

Nissar Syed moved to Dubai in the late 1990s with a background in journalism and a belief that the communities building this region deserved better media. He founded Dubai Vartha in 2000 — a Malayalam news platform that quickly became the most-read publication for South Asian communities in the UAE.

Over the next two decades, he built that into Asiavision Group: 19 media platforms, the Asiavision Awards (now one of the Gulf's most recognised cultural events), and a media network that reaches 120 million people monthly. He still writes. He still edits. The newsroom is still where the company starts.

Have a story worth telling? We know where to tell it.

Tell us what you're working on, and we'll help you find the clearest way to reach the people who matter.
